What To Expect

Our practice aims to make each patient feel as comfortable and cared for as possible. Upon arrival, you can expect a friendly greeting and the warmth of an inviting atmosphere.

Becoming a patient with us is a straightforward, including a complimentary consultation, examinations, discussion of your health history, and your first chiropractic adjustment. The Callard Clinic is ready for you, your friends and family members.

Your First Visit

Our new-patient process often begins with your free consultation. We are always glad to have you in the office to discuss your health history and concerns prior to beginning care.

If you choose not to take advantage of a consultation, your first step with us will be completing initial paperwork. After we have collected your information, your vitals will be taken, and you will undergo a series of non-invasive neuro and orthopedic tests to help us get an accurate assessment of your current needs.

Once your examination is complete, Dr. Callard will review your report of findings and work with you to determine the best possible course of care. By looking at your health history as well as your current condition, including any necessary x-rays or MRI scans, he will tell you exactly how he can help you. Your visit will last no longer than 45 minutes in duration, ending with your individualized adjustment and home instructions if needed.

Ongoing Care

On all follow-up regular office visits you will be asked by Dr. Callard how you feel. He will perform the appropriate orthopedic test pertaining to your condition and and adjust what is necessary. As The Callard Clinic believes in finding the problem and fixing it ASAP. We do not require nor even agree with multiple monthly care plan commitments to chiropractic care. In fact, one of Dr. Callard’s favorite sayings is , “See me when you need me.”

Insurance

Our practice exists to address your immediate health needs and we are glad to offer you quality, affordable care. We currently accept several forms of insurance, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, MESSA, Cigna, and Medicare.

Cash discounts are also available for those that choose to forgo the use of insurance.
